CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Massage999 reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances.
